My 1:1 coaching is application-only for a couple of reasons.First, I can only take on so many clients at a time in order to give them the time and attention they need to get the results they desire. Second, I only want to work with those who are committed, going to be coachable, motivated to get started right away, and ready to get the results they want.

My 1:1 coaching is application-only for a couple of reasons.

First, I can only take on so many clients at a time in order to give them the time and attention they need to get the results they desire.

Second, I only want to work with those who are committed, going to be coachable, motivated to get started right away, and ready to get the results they want.

If you are:

  • Pregnant and want to ensure the optimum core and pelvic floor function while you continue to train safely
  • Have had your baby and want to retrain your core and pelvic floor and build your strength and fitness to return to your sport / activity
  • Are experiencing prolapse or pelvic floor dysfunction, such as incontinence, and want to rehab your core and pelvic floor to return to a more active lifestyle

… then you are in the right place.
